Description
Yin Style Bagua is the oldest branch of Bagua Zhang. It bears the name of Yin Fu who was the first public and longest tenured student of the art’s founder, Dong Haichuan. While researching and developing his art Dong Haichuan studied both martial and medical systems of Chinese Physical Culture and a number of students listed on his stele only studied qi gong with him. These exercises come from the medical branch of Yin Style Bagua.

The Eight Storing Qi and Developing Sensitivity Exercises are a set of Nei Gong exercises used within the Yin Style Bagua Imperial Bodywork System. These exercises are employed by bodywork practitioners to develop the gong fu necessary to obtain obvious results with their treatments.  The Eight Storing Qi and Developing Sensitivity Exercises came to the North American Tang Shou Tao from Dr. Xie Peiqi, the last inheritor of the the entire (i.e. medical and martial arts)  system of Yin Style Bagua.
